Mas é notável que é feita em chapa e não tem nada de brasa. O que vai contra ao próprio nome rsrsrs O custo benefício é bom! Mas se você conhece carnes e churrasco perceberá que não é grill nem parrilla e sim feita na chapa. O pão de allho é produção própria mas é gostoso.

Almoçamos no Molise e pedimos o bife ancho, veio muito bem servido e ficou pronto rapidamente. A carne chegou à mesa na chapa, no ponto certo, super saborosa! Acompanhamos com as batatinhas temperadas com páprica, que estavam maravilhosas e bem crocantes um destaque à parte. O ambiente é compartilhado com containers de outros restaurantes, o que torna o espaço bem dinâmico. Um grande diferencial é que o local é pet friendly: levei meus dois cachorrinhos e eles ficaram super à vontade. O restaurante fica no centro, com ótima localização. Recomendo para quem aprecia uma boa carne em um lugar agradável e com clima descontraído.

Uma grata surpresa em Serra Negra! Essa steakhouse merece todos os elogios possíveis. O ambiente é acolhedor e bem cuidado, mas o destaque vai para a comida — simplesmente maravilhosa! Começamos com a batata com páprica, super crocante por fora e macia por dentro, bem temperada e irresistível. O prato principal foi a picanha uruguaia num dia e o ancho em outro no ponto perfeito: macia, suculenta e extremamente saborosa. O prato para duas pessoas é super bem servido — com uma entrada, tranquilamente satisfaz quatro pessoas adultas. Tudo muito bem apresentado e com um sabor que surpreende pela qualidade e capricho. O atendimento também foi impecável: equipe atenciosa, simpática e eficiente, sempre prestando atenção nos detalhes e tornando a experiência ainda melhor. E o melhor: o preço é justíssimo pelo que entregam. Comida excelente, porções generosas e serviço de primeira. Com certeza voltaremos — e recomendamos de olhos fechados!
